Global Change for Children (GC4C) held its 2023 annual fundraiser at Moose's Down Under, 830 West Pender Street, Vancouver. The event marked GC4C's return to in-person fundraising after a two-year pause during the pandemic.
The organization set an ambitious goal of raising $75,000 that year. By 2023, GC4C had raised over $450,000 and funded nearly 60 projects across Canada, Peru, Laos, and Kenya. Recent projects included water infrastructure improvements at Kenyan schools benefiting over 1,100 students, and therapeutic support programs for children in British Columbia through Cameray Child & Family Services and the Northern Society for Domestic Peace.
